2008 Caring Tree Program

All supplies collected through this project are distributed by The Caring Tree through social service agencies who qualify the children in-need.

YOU CAN PARTICIPATE AT A SHOPPING CENTER:
These partners work with social service agencies to identify local students in-need of assistance in purchasing back-to-school supplies. Donors can locate The Caring Tree display where they can "adopt" a student in-need within the community.  Adoption means selecting a Child ID Tag that identifies a child’s age, sex and grade and includes his or her specific school supply needs.

They are under no obligation to purchase all items listed on the Child ID Tag.  They then return the Tag along with supplies purchased for the student to the same shopping center display from which it was obtained. The social service agencies anonymously deliver the supplies to the students in-need.
